Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.

Products may be returned or exchanged within 15–20 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, used, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as digital items, downloadable content, or personalized/custom-made goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to exchange a product, it must be for an item of equal or higher value. In the case of a higher value exchange, the customer will be required to pay the price difference. Exchanges are subject to availability.

The cost of return shipping will generally be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent). Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed in line with our Refund Policy and may take 15–20 business days to reflect in your account.
